Plain terms for a free site. Using GovExam means you accept these.

1. What this site is

GovExam is a free preparation portal published by TECHCLICK INFOSEC PRIVATE LIMITED. It provides practice tests, study tools and links to official exam information. It is not an examination authority, a recruitment body, or an agent of any of them.

2. No affiliation

GovExam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, CBSE, NTA, any State Public Service Commission or any police recruitment board. Exam names and abbreviations are used only to identify the examination a practice paper is modelled on, and remain the property of their respective bodies.

3. The official notification prevails

Exam patterns, dates, fees, vacancies and eligibility are set by the conducting body and can change without notice. Information on GovExam is provided in good faith for preparation, and may become out of date. Before applying, paying any fee, or making any decision that costs you money or time, verify it on the conducting body's official website. Where GovExam and an official notice disagree, the official notice is correct.

4. No guarantee of results

Practising here does not guarantee selection, a qualifying score, a rank or a job. Scores from our mock tests are practice indicators only and carry no official standing.

5. Never pay for a government form

Applications for government recruitment are submitted on the conducting body's own website, and GovExam never collects an application fee. Anyone who asks you to pay them to fill a form, secure a seat or guarantee a result is not acting for us.

6. Personal use

You may use GovExam freely for your own preparation, and you are welcome to share links to it. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, or republish our question banks, explanations or compilations as your own material, or present GovExam content as an official publication of any recruitment body.

7. Practice certificates

A certificate generated after a mock test records your performance on that practice paper. It is not a qualification, has no official standing, and must not be presented as a government or examination-body credential.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it stands, free of charge. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on information that has since changed at source.

9. External links

Links to government and third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or availability.

10. Governing law and contact
