Yes. All 228 mock tests are free with no payment at any step and no card details asked for. A free profile is optional and is only used to save your scores, keep a practice streak and remember your preparation goals.
Are the papers available in Hindi?
Most papers are bilingual — every question appears in हिंदी and English, and you can switch language mid-test. Explanations are given in both languages. Bengali and Hinglish interface options are also available.
Which government exams are covered?
SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD, CPO), Banking (IBPS, SBI, RBI), Railways (RRB NTPC, Group D, ALP, RPF), UPSC and Defence (CSE Prelims, CSAT, NDA, CDS, AFCAT), state Police and PCS, Teaching (CTET, state TETs, KVS, NVS, DSSSB), Engineering (GATE, JEE, PSU) and Medical (NEET UG).
Are these full-length papers or short quizzes?
They are full-length papers built to the official question count, duration and marking scheme of each exam — for example 100 questions in 60 minutes with +2/−0.5 marking for SSC CGL Tier 1. Short practice sets are offered separately under Quick practice.
Do I need to create an account to start a test?
No. You can open any mock test and start immediately. An account only becomes useful when you want your scores saved across devices and your progress tracked over time.
Where do the vacancy and result updates come from?
Updates link directly to the conducting bodies — Employment News, UPSC, IBPS, SSC and the relevant state commissions. GovExam does not sell forms or accept fees on behalf of any recruitment body. Always confirm the final details on the official notification and never pay an agent.
